When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your full name and organisation;
• your email address and, if you wish, your phone number;
• the subject, type of request and content of your message;
• your agreement to the processing of this data, and the date of sending.

To protect the form against abuse, the sender’s IP address is used temporarily, in memory and for ten minutes at most, to limit the number of submissions; it is not recorded by the website. The website’s hosting provider may also keep technical logs (IP address, date, page requested) to ensure the security and proper operation of the service.

The website contains no audience measurement tools, advertising cookies or social media plug-ins.

• Protecting the form and the website against abuse and automated submissions.

The processing of data submitted through the form is based on your consent, given by ticking the box provided for that purpose. You may withdraw it at any time. Protecting the website against abuse is based on GNRC-SA’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security of its services.

This processing is carried out in accordance with Law L/2016/037/AN of 28 July 2016 on cybersecurity and the protection of personal data in the Republic of Guinea and, where relevant, any other applicable personal data protection regulations.

The data is intended solely for authorised GNRC-SA staff responsible for handling your request. It is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

GNRC-SA uses the following technical service providers, who only access the data to the extent necessary for their tasks:

• Website hosting: o2switch, Chemin des Pardiaux, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand, France
• Email delivery: GNRC-SA’s email service provider, which hosts the contact@nimba-ressources-company.com inbox.
• Typefaces and all page resources are served from the website’s own server: no request is made to a third-party service when browsing.

Where data is transferred outside the Republic of Guinea, GNRC-SA ensures that the transfer takes place under conditions guaranteeing an appropriate level of protection.

Messages received through the contact form are kept for 12 months from our last exchange, and then deleted, unless their retention is necessary for an ongoing contractual relationship or to comply with a legal obligation.

The technical data used to protect against abuse is not recorded by the website.

GNRC-SA implements appropriate technical and organisational measures, including:

• encryption of exchanges between your browser and the website (HTTPS);
• validation of submitted data and security headers that reduce the risk of attacks;
• no storage of messages on the website: they are delivered directly to GNRC-SA’s mailbox;
• access to messages restricted to authorised staff.

However, as no system is completely infallible, GNRC-SA cannot guarantee absolute security.

Under the conditions laid down by applicable regulations, you have in particular the following rights:

• right of access to your data;
• right to rectification and updating;
• right to erasure;
• right to object to processing;
• right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise your rights, write to contact@nimba-ressources-company.com with “Personal data” in the subject line, or by post to GNRC-SA’s registered office. Proof of identity may be requested if there is reasonable doubt as to your identity.

GNRC-SA undertakes to respond as soon as possible. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

The website does not set any cookies and does not use any audience measurement, advertising or social media tools. This is why no consent banner is shown to you.

Should such tools be added, this policy would be updated beforehand and your consent would be obtained where required by law.
